Unencrypting data from form

We built an encrypted form to collect information but now are struggling to see the data. Some is coming through but most of it is just a random assortment of characters. Are we missing a step to access theunencrypted data?

Thanks for reaching out to us. You need the encryption key to be able to download your form data properly(decrypt your data).
