I have received a notice that I am over quota for SSL forms - Even though I have no secure forms

    At the first notice that I was nearing quota for SSL forms, I changed the iframe code to be http instead of https. I assumed that this would make any forms submitted after the change not count towards the SSL quota. I have checked my form and it is not secure.

    I have been notified that my account has been disabled. What is contributing to the SSL total if I have disabled SSL?

    Your help would be greatly appreciated.

    @Alex

    I see that you have already received 10 SSL submissions. That's the reason your account is in OVERLIMIT status and your forms are disabled.

    I have reset your SSL limit and your account / forms should work fine.

    FYI, I just checked your form's embed code on your website and see you are still using the secure code. Request you to please change the embed script to non secure code.

    Thanks,

    Sidharth

    Hi shmily, You need to upgrade your account to receive more secure form submissions(https:// forms). Please refer our pricing options and choose a best option that suites you.

    Feel free to ask if you have any further clarifications.

    Thank you.
