My Clients cannot get through the survey/questionnaire without it bombing

    My Clients cannot get through the survey/questionnaire without it bombing.  Very few have told me they have gotten past 67%.  Also the same and return does not seem to work.

    This is really troubling because it is a very detailed and long questionnaire and very few can get through it.  Is there a particular browser they should be using?

    We do recommend a chrome browser for form builders to edit settings and forms. You may use JotForm on chrome, firefox, and IE9+.


    The form itself can be used virtually in any browser, to ensure stability we don't advise you to use outdated browsers to access your forms.
