Reset upload space after deleting submissions

    I got a warning on my account that I'm out of upload space. However, I deleted the submissions on my account, there's nothing in the archive, and there's nothing in the trash, and my account is still saying that I'm over the 100MB limit.


    How do I reset the upload space usage once I have deleted everything? Based on other responses, space should be freed up once the submissions (and associated attachments) are deleted.
