Not receiving the Autoresponder email

    Hello dear Support-Team of JotForm,

    we have a problem with our Autoresponder-Mail in our Forumular. Basically it is not getting sent out. 

    We use annonther jotform online form on annother page with identical settings- in that case the Autoresponder works perfectly, so we don't really know what the problem is. 

    the email-adress which is the sender was verified via code. 

    Hopefully you can help us with that issue.

    Could you please delete the autoresponse and then configure it once again to see if this solves the issue.

    Hello,
    I deleted the auto-response and reconfigured it, however there is still no email being sent. Could you please take another look?

    We have noticed that your forms are encrypted. Unfortunately, there's no option to send Autoresponder emails to user upon form submit. That's because address entered by user on a form is encrypted before form is submitted, so system can't read it to send email. However, you as form owner, can receive a notification with the following content:
