Remove Would Like to Access the Camera from Mobile Device

I am building a mobile form to be used on mobile devices with a camera. The purpose of this form is inventory management in which it requires photos and bar code scanning. On iOS, " Would Like to Access the Camera" keeps popping up every time the option to take photo, and scan bar code fields are activated. How can I prevent this from popping up?

The "allow access" to camera pop-up will only show when you are first time viewing the form with the widget. Unfortunately, there is no work around on this, either the form respondents allow it or not.

If the form respondents clicks on "allow" the pop-up will not show anymore once the form is being filled again.
