    I have created 2 forms.

Asked by socraticus on May 21, 2013 at 06:34 AM

    I have created 2 forms.

First form (http://www.jotform.com/?formID=31396271951357) and main form (http://www.jotform.com/?formID=31395192399364).

Unfortunately Main form did not save my answer after I clicked Save and Finish the Form button.

    Can you tell me why?

    Thanks

    Hi,

It is because of the "required fields". This method only works if the fields are not set as required. I suggest you to set the form fields for the second as not required.

    Thanks

    Hi Mary,

I am able to create a report for such question from your form. See screenshot:

You should be able to get this from the Dropdown Settings when adding the chart.

    Thank you!

    sorry.
I was talking about the "submission form", where the response of the user are archived.

In the submission report refered to my form, the customized options for the Question (ex. the question 1) are not visualized, but ther is the title "Fare clic per modificare". Why?

    Thanks.

    Mary

    Hi Mary,

If you are referring to why the question starting from number 2 isn't appearing on the submissions report,  it's because you are using Free Text HTML on your question titles. Note that Free Text HTML are for information purposes only, therefore it's not automatically included on the data grid report or in the notification. My suggestion instead of separating the question into another Free Text HTML, why not copy and paste it as the text area titles? Example:

It is also possible to display it on the submissions page without modifying the questions:

    Hope this helps. Thanks!
