Is it possible to use the form offline?

i have create a attendee list form for a trade  but before suscribing to your services i want to know

is it possible yo use the form offline because sometime the wifi is weak at outside trade show

i need to be sure the visitor still can summit form, stored locally and when the device re-aquire the wifi the email answer will be sent automatic
