Please allow me to post here again since it's very urgent and important. I need your step by step advice.
I'm facing a big problem now. I distributed this link: https://form.jotform.com/Atikhom/Tutors to a large number of potential respondents last night. I also used this link to create a QR code. Now the link and QR code because this morning when I checked the link. It has been changed to https://form.jotform.com/200611103914439 I realised that I didn't change it. Please help me fix this problem urgently.
The recent post from your team is
"I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. Earlier when I checked your form, you had custom URL as "https://form.jotform.com/Atikhom/English" but now it seems to have changed to "https://form.jotform.com/Atikhom/Tutors".
But I see the issue that even if the custom URL of form is changed, QR Code of form still shows as "https://form.jotform.com/Atikhom/Englishtutors".
I am escalating this to our backend team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them."
