Using Stripe Widget I want to pull product NAME not VALUE to From Calculation. Which will be embedded into QR Code.
If I have products of the same value I cant distinguish between products.
When entering UNIQUE NAME how do then enter FIELD ID's?I have attempted to add FIELD ID with not success.
I have also tried to use conational logic but once again it will not allow me to enter Field ID.

The "Purchase your Skydiving video and photos" payment will always return the total amount of the selected product items when used in conditions or in the Form Calculation widget.
I may have a solution to your concern. Please give me some time to test the workaround I am thinking. I'll get back to you in this thread the soonest.

I would like to apologize but it is the {uniqueName} that is used in calculations and conditions.
As for the workaround I mentioned above, you can create conditions in your form that will insert the product name of the selected product in your payment field to a separate hidden field. Then, you can use that field in the Form Calculation widget.
Here's a sample of that condition. You will have 3 conditions and 3 separate fields — 1 for each product you have in the payment field.
The Form Calculation widget will look like this:

Apologies, I had this partially working but now nothing. I must have the conditions incorrect.
I wish to capture purchased product name in QR code, the price is irrelevant for I am will be scanning QR code by video and then Video editing software will read QR code and insert customers data in editing software fields.
Pricing for product is already know be editing software but will not hurt if pricing is captured.
You can see the workaround above which was offered, which I had partially work but another issue became obvious that I need to also capture customer details in no purchase is made.
On another thread after much discussion, the option to include two QR codes, one the purchases/customer details and the other with only customer details and place a condition on the two QR codes to which to show. This seem fairly straight forward.
There is also the concern that Admin(user) will need the ability to alter the payment status, this is why I have used a single choice question hope it will allow user to edit submission, thus send and new QR code to customers
But first I need to show purchased product,
Once proven I will add other products.

Maybe you could explain this a little more please, the VALUE in the IF statement is from 10.Purchase your skydiving.
In the DO statement
I have tried both 'copy and calculate' field as the DO operative
I have added the 'Separate hidden field #1" as the FROM field.I have named this value VIDEO.
But in this workaround offered, it suggests the TO SUMMARY is snr back to VIDEO(missing#1)
To make this condition to work I must select default value on Missing#1 but then this seems to populate 14.Purchased regardless of the condition. To recap my objective, it I wish to capture product names(prices are irrevant) in QRcode if purchased.

That logic is correct and I would suggest that you insert that into your Video, Photos and Video Photos field.
Please watch my screencast below on how I corrected the condition and added those to form calculation field.
I hope that helps. Let us know if you have any questions or if you need further assistance.

Thanks Jed, I managed to get their myself after a few hours, I have don't it slightly different for I have instance that will not have media purchased, so included field to capture this instance.
Check out what Ive done please.
So hopefully the final problem to solve, which is to allow me to edit submission if media is not purchased on form. The scenario would be that payment would be taken over the counter and then confirm this by edit submission.
The issue I am having ,is that when editing submission I can check any of the 10.Purchase media fields.Any ideas?

I have attempt solve this with conditions and single choice instead of text entry.
Is there any way to stop having to re enter phone number and enter SMS confirmation code when editing submisions? -

Ok that's works, messy? Maybe you know of a was to tidy this.
Having to re enter phone and code is a show stopper. My preference is to use Twilio widget. I pull numbers from a 3rd party form who do not validate E164 format. If there isn't a work around maybe I just have to use 'masking' field for phone? -

I can only assume that your original concern in this thread has already been resolved.
With regards to your other concern of having to enter the phone number again in the SMS Confirmation widget when editing submissions, I have moved it to a new thread.
Here's the link to the new thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2204220
We will be responding to that thread shortly.
