    "Next" button doesn't work

    Hi, I've noticed a problem with a registration form, but it's not always happening.

    I've divided the form in three parts, separed by page jump, and sometimes, after filling all the information of the first part, when they try to click on the "next" button (Rellenar autorización y ficha médica) it doesn't work. It seems that you are not clicking, or as if the button doesn't exist even the mouse pointer changes.

    I,'ve the form integrated in my web, and I've changed the code, from embed to an iFrame, and the problem is still happening.

    And it happens not only with this form, but with other similar forms that I have on this web.

    So basically the " Next " page button only works somethings then if I am understanding you correctly? I did a test on your form in chrome and I seem to be unable to replicate the problem.

    I also tried it in IE10 and the button still seems okay so far. Please try Clearing your Form Cache to refresh your forms to see if this helps any.

    Additionally if the problem is still happening then are you able to tell us which OS, Browser, and Browser Version you experience this problem on so that we can investigate it more?

    Is a problem that I didn't discover, there were many users telling me that they had that problem to complete the form, and I asked them what browser did they use, and it was happening with many different browsers, and not always.

    I don't know why is this happening, and I'm starting to think that it could be about the integration with the web. I don't know, I've cleared the form cache hoping it will solve the issue.

    The form is working fine from my side too. Thank you for trying the iFrame version, it helps if there are any script conflicts on the page.

    You have a lot of required fields on the form, so your users will need to make sure to fill out every required field, otherwise the Next button will not work.

    Hi, 

    After cleaning the forms cache, trying the iframe, and very different solutions, the problem continues.

    With different forms, as this one:

    It's a little bit annoying because it's not a continuous problem, for example, I open the safari and try the "next" button and it doesn't work, but if I refresh the page, it will work, but not always. And it could happen on the other way also, I fill and send one form without troubles, and after sending it, if I want to fill another one, from the same browser, at the same computer it may not work.

    I would appreciate any clue about how to solve the problem!

    @Yaeosi,

    Your form seems to be working fine on my end too. Have you tried already clearing your browser cache and cookies? If not, can you please give a try if that fixed the issue or not?

    I've already tried to clean cache, and I've been experiencing the problem from different browsers and different computers, and the problem continues.

    I will continue the "quest" to solve the problem!
