I have a customer who is getting this Submission Error when trying to submit his form. Any ideas why?

I additionally checked your form "200553873259157" and was able to successfully submit the form:
I have additionally cleared the form cache. Please check and let us know.

That seems to have fixed the problem. Is that something I need to do routinely? If so, how do I do it?

It is doing it again. I have cleared the cache and still no better. I am noticing it on all of my forms today

I apologize for the inconvenience caused.
I have tried sending a test submission to your form https://hipaa.jotform.com/submit/200553873259157 and it successfully went through without any issues.
Can you please confirm if the issue persists? I would also suggest trying to send a test submission in incognito/private mode just to see if it would make any difference.
