    You're not logged in here but we can delete your account for you. Could you please log in first to your Jotform account and reply to this thread for verification purposes? Thanks

    FYI, you can also delete your account by going to your Profile then click Delete My Account at the very bottom.

    It will not take my password or allow me to change it. I have contacted my attorney. Delete my account now. Thank you

    Hello Sue - Apologies but for security reasons, we can only delete the account if we successfully verified that you are the owner.

    If you were not able to log in, please try resetting the password by following this guide on How-to-reset-JotForm-account-password.

    Once logged on the account, please reply here so we could proceed with the deletion in case you want us to do it for you.

    I was able to confirm that the account is already deleted. You need not worry as you won't be charged for any subscriptions.
