I cannot get this to work. I keep getting this... 405 not allowed nginx/1.2.3 Can someone tell me what's wrong?
This is a re-post of a comment on Adding a form to Facebook (Facebook Developer Method)

You may want to review this thread http://www.jotform.com/answers/133015-URGENT-404-Not-Found-nginx-1-0-8-ERROR . It is possible that the solution provided by our colleage Liyam will also work on your case.
Please inform us if the issue persist.

Adding the "secure.jotform" update didn't work for me. I'm adding a screenshot. Please advise ASAP. We needed to launch last week - but couldn't because of this Ning / 1.2.3 error.
This is what my jotform embed code looks like:
I saw one note that said that using "form.jotform.us" as the App Domain was supposed to help. I tried that as well as changing all four of the URLs to include "form.jotform.us". Nothing seems to work.
I'm attaching a link to a screenshot of what my Facebook App detail currently looks like. Please advise what goes where ASAP. Thanks! -M

I am sorry if I am a bit confusing... the thread I mentioned could be obsolete already. It is possible that FB have done some updates since then.
What I am saying is, the JotForm guide Adding-Form-to-Facebook-Facebook-Developer-Method- is probably more applicable now since it is updated on the latest FB and Jotform versions.
This is mentioned on the new guide.
Please note the trailing slash(/) on the URLs on Page Tab.My configuration for the Page Tab field looks like this:PLEASE NOTE: Even though you will be warned about it when saving your configuration, you dont have to enter anything for Secure Canvas URL or Secure Page Tab URL. However, anyone browsing Facebook on a secure connection, i.e with a web address starting https:// will not be able to see your form. They will get this message:
Please note 2 :
The site url set in yourfacebook should also be the same with the url provided by JotForm in your embedcode.
So if for example: the form embed codeis http://jotform.me/form/20643463926456
then http://jotform.me as the site urland jotform.me as the app domain.
Please try following the guide carefully. If the issue still persist, please inform us.
It would greatly help also if you can share to us the URL of your facebook page so that we can check here.

I'm also getting this problem. Here's the embed code for my form:
I've tried many different variants of the app on facebook and page tab URLs (www and no-www, jotform.com and jotformeu.com, trailing slashes and no trailing slashes) but I keep on getting the 405 not allowed nginx/1.2.3 error.
Here's a screenshot of my current settings: https://www.diigo.com/item/image/2vfea/davn
