    Hi were having problems with viewing myforms in FF Ver20.0.1 IE 8

     

    Seems to be okay in chrome.

     

    Any advice appreciated

    Hi,

    Do you have any screenshot of that? We would appreciate if you can provide any. Have you embedded this form somewhere in your website? If yes, please provide us the webpage URL so we can check the possible reasons. Also, what is your current OS?

    Its not a specific form, its accessing the myformas page with all forms listed.

    Okay so then basically you are having this issue when you access your Account > My Forms page where it appears blank with errors in Win XP on FF? Can you confirm that so we are on the same page.

    Have you checked to make sure your javascript is enabled? You can check this by going here. Please also try Clearing your Form Cache and your Browser Cache then check the My Forms page again to see if this helps any.

    Also, as my colleague mentioned and requested. If possible, can you please provide us with a Screenshot of the Issue(s) you are viewing on your end?

    Okay, bizzare, seems to be working now. I tried FF in private mode to eliminate caching, earlier same issue. Just tried again, seems okay now... weird. Thanks for your response though.
