My jotform (http://jotformpro.com/form/31363101436947) will not send notification emails to a second recipient. It should be sending to email@example.com and also to firstname.lastname@example.org, however, it only sends to email@example.com.
This has previously worked fine but is now malfunctioning. I've tried clearing browser cache, I've made sure the desired email address is in place, deleted all notifications and started again and checked that it's not going to our junk. All indications seem to be that the second email isn't arriving at our server. Please can you check that firstname.lastname@example.org isn't on your bounce list?
We've also had issues with email@example.com - please can you check this email address too?
I checked our email server log and see that emails are getting delivered to your inbox. Here is the email server log for your reference:

I see there are several forms in your account. Please let us know in which form you have used the email id "email@example.com" so that we can investigate further.
Thanks for confirming that @sidarth - I've checked on our server and they had erroneously got caught up by the spam filter. Whilst there were no @jotform emails on our blacklist, adding firstname.lastname@example.org to our whitelist seemed to open the floodgates and they all flooded in. Wierd!
I'll get back to you about the membershipintern email query.
