this step does not seem to be working --- 5. On the next step, you can customize your folder names.I've customized the folder and it still comes up as the default time and submission date

I tested the google drive integration on my end and it's working as expected.
Please see my screenshot below:
Please try to reintegrate your form to google drive and see if that will fix the issue you reported.Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi There
Thank you for your response.
So a few things are happening. Please see print screens below
1. I’vechanged the file folder names numerous time and the folders were not changing the drive.
2. Now the no files are going to the drive

I figured it out!!!!!
All I had to do was submit a new form to see the changes. The old form folders showed the old file naming system.
