Form submissions are not showing up on submissions page

Hello,

Form: IT Business Enablement Recognition Form

My form is embedded on a sharepoint site and any news submissions are not showing up on the submissions page. I've tried submitting test data on the sharepoint site and the jotforms site and I will get the confirmation emails, but they do not appear on submissions.

My form is still enabled.
