Hello and it looks like you are having trouble retrieving a uploaded file. Is this happening when you go into your Submissions Control Panel to download a file? Is it happening when you access a file in your Email Notification? Or where and when exactly are you seeing this Error Message displayed?
Can you please go into your My Forms, Select the Form, then Click Submissions at the top toolbar then inside the Submissions Control Panel take a look inside of there and see if you can access the file on your Account.
If that doesn't work or help then please let us know so that we can help you more.

The link didn't work through my email...but I can access the attachment
through "my forms" in my account.

Just something else:
I would recommend you to rebuild your email notification. The image should be displayed as an image rather than a link
