    Bounce List 2.0

    This morning you lifted the following e-mails from your bounce list, but unfortunately it only fixed the problem for one of them (david@4injury.net). The following two are still not receiving emails, but the rest of us are. Can you please help me out with this? Thank you.

    Hi, I did just now check these two email addresses you've mentioned and neither were in our bouncelist -


    Result: ecs@4injury.net is NOT in the bounce list
    Result: ntp@4injury.net is NOT in the bounce list


    When I additionally checked our Mail Log it's noted that the Emails are appearing to be sent from us -

    So I checked on your Form Email Notification Setup and I don't really see anything wrong there. At this point I think you may want to first check your spam/junk folders. If nothing is there then try adding us to your contacts list. Finally if you are still having issues you may need to have your email host Whitelist Us since I can see you are using a custom email domain which can often result in this type of problem.
