PDF-Editor:Download an original PDF document from Inbox

    Hello, I have a question regarding [Import PDF Form (Beta)] function. I like this function because we can continue to use existing document and our customer can fill the document much more easier. 

    However, I have few questions about this function.  

    I cannot download the "original PDF filled file" from inbox. I set up web form and adjust the position of the filled information.

    And I have got email notification, and checked the submission by Jotform inbox.

    I could check the filled information at Jotform inbox, but when I tried to convert to original file, it always say error. I cannot preview either. And I have received the "Your submission PDF is ready" email, I cannot open the document.  "Your submission PDF is ready" said, the PDF file size is 0MB, and cannot open the file.

    I am thinking to purchase premium plan after completing to make form, so I am testing how it works. I have tried to make 2-3 forms, but it said always error.

    But I am sill thinking to introduce Jotform premium version for our office, because JotFormt provides a lot of convenient functions. 

    I wish I could solve this problem. Thank you.

    I have tried testing the downloading the original PDFs using a test form in my account and was able to download them without any issue. I have also cloned your Jotform to my account and tested which the PDF link worked fine.

    I am not sure if this is causing with the form name in Japanese. Could you try changing the form name to English and see if that works? Let us know here so that we can check further and forward it to our backend team for further investigation.

    Hello, thank you very much for helping.I could download simple forms (not so many input forms). But if I set many input forms and upload original PDF, I cannot download original PDF version. I changed Japanese name title, but it does not changed. 

    If you could check my documents, please see "New Patient Form".

    1.I can edit, publish, got answers

    2.I cannot preview and download original PDF version.

    I tested your form and I was able to reproduce the issue you have described. I also try to check the issue on the PDF Editor Editor page but it failed to load the Original PDF submission preview there.

    I have escalated the issue to our developers so they can have a closer look. Once we have an update we will notify you in this thread the soonest.

    Please note that we have already escalated this issue to our backend team and they are looking into this issue. Though we cannot provide an ETA on this but we will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.
