We created a form where customers can order samples. The form allows multiple items to be selected. Unfortunately, the notification email with the confirmation looks very chaotic. Is there a way to structure the layout so that the different ordered items are clearly separated from each other?

Yes you could structure the layout. The "Insert Row" before and after each field would help clear that out. Adding rows in between would help space out items in the email.
Well, the problem is that there is only ONE item called "input" and nothing else. All the different products I placed in the purchase order form are listed under that one.

I see. Alright, I'll clone your form and we'll see what we can do about it. Thanks.
Thanks. That would be great!

I have submitted this to our higher team so they'd be aware about this and probably provide a better layout if possible. It seems like the default layout isn't good for a long product description with quantity options and more.
Hopefully they will come up a better one for this. We will let you know for any updates.
Thank you very much. I can imagine that this issue is important for other users too.
Do you have any updates already?

Hello there! Right now we do not have an update yet from our development team regarding this but we will certainly let you know as soon as they are able to fix this. Thank you!

We have just released an improvement to the product details on email alerts.
Items are now enclosed in a bulleted list, so your emails should now look like the one pictured below.
We'd be happy to hear your feedback.
Wow! Thank you very much. You guys are amazing. That’s exactly what I had in mind. It looks structured and the items are easy to differentiate. Thanks again!
