I am still showing up as eschwartz. I was advised over a week ago that this issue would be resolved within 24 - 48 hours.

Have you tried using a different browser or have you tried clearing your temporary internet files and cookies? Not sure what's happening but when I logged in to your account I was able to click the upgrade link and I was redirected to the payment form properly as 10lblobster.
Let me know if this works.
