    Hi,

I placed Paypal Add to cart button in 1/4 Sheet Cake form Thank you page.  All works great: 1.Submit form 2.Add to cart 3.Item is in cart but once in the cart, if "Continue Shopping" is clicked, the "Oops! Form Id is missing or irregular" appears.  You can hit the back button to get to my Order Page, but this is not acceptable.  I also have the add to cart button on my site MysticCupcakes.com Order Page as a safeguard.  Is it possible to correct this?  I have 6 items and would like to have the Thank You Add to Cart Button > Paypal Cart be able to "Continue Shopping" return to my MysticCupcakes Order Page.

    Thank you

    Hi,

I hope you don't get offended but this issue seems to be related to Paypal's Add to Cart Payment System and not to Jotform's own Paypal integration tool. I'm afraid I cannot provide an accurate solution to your problem as I am not too familiar with Paypal's standalone Merchant Tools.

I'm not sure if this will help, but you can try using a custom URL instead (hosted in the same domain) as the thank you page. Your thank you page right now, which contains your Paypal Add to Cart button, is hosted in our server.

    Hi Neil,
No offense :) I will check with Paypal. For the alternative solution,
sorry, I\'m not following. Use a custom URL of what? and instead of the Add
to Cart Button? If so, that still doesn\'t quite make sense. Do you have a
screen shot example or any example?
    Thank you,
    Monique

    Hi,

What I mean is instead of using a customized Thank You message (hosted in our server) as you can see in the screenshot below

it would probably work if you use Custom URL instead. Copy all the HTML codes you had in your Thank You message and then paste it in a new page in your website. So what happens is your Thank You page is now essentially a page in your website and not in our server like what it is reflected in this screenshot

I hope you're following me, but like I said, I can't promise if this will fix your problem as I am not too familiar with how Paypal handles shopping cart tools.

You may refer to their support page if my workaround is not effective.
