    Dear JotForm,

Our website visitors have to jump out of my shopify product page to a subdomain wordpress form to Request a Quote. That is not friendly and losing visits.

So I install a third party form shopify app on a product page But I need a more complex form, I have to install it on my subdomain here

How can I replace it with JotForm? Please see the screenshot attached. I draw my idea on it.

    Thank you for contacting us!

You can create a quote form in Jotform and embed it on your webpage. You can even put it where you want it to be. To embed the form on your Wordpress webpage, please check these guides:

    Embed-JotForm-in-Wordpress-using-the-Embed-Form-Plugin

Please give it a try and let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thanks jherwin.

I mean I wanna use JotForm on shopify, not wordpress. Is that possible?

Thanks for the quick reply. :-)

    Hi Ray,

If my understanding is correct, what you're trying to achieve is possible by following this guide: Adding-a-form-to-Shopify-Store-Frontpage.

Kindly give it a try and let us know if you encounter any challenges.
