This question was answered on January 15th of 2019. My question is similar but instead of a lot of text, I have multiple fields with text values in them. The output is a rolling paragraph but I want to create new paragraphs for each field that is populated in the calculation. Please help.

Sorry, but that would work only with text fields. Could you let us know the form which you are working on and how you plan to implement the above requirement?

Thank you for providing the form details.

I cloned and tested your form. Unfortunately, line breaks and special characters are not supported on the calculation area along with the fields. You will need to add the fields directly into the calculation area as you have already done:

Is there a way to create images of the text and include them in the final field?

Unfortunately, no, you cannot add an image in the calculated field.

However, I am trying to understand your form in hopes that I may be able to find another method to achieve what you want.

As per checking, you are filling out the textboxes thru conditions if they are not selected as one of the answers in 4.0 Which of these disease avoidance methods are you consistently practicing?.

May I suggest that instead of using conditions, why not assign default values to them, then add a condition that if such option is not selected in the checkbox, then show the corresponding field.

Then on your Form Settings, set up Clear Hidden Field Values to Clear on Being Hidden, so that any field that were hidden will not have a value when submitted.

I've cloned your form and simplified it to make a demo for you. You may clone it back if you find the need to check it further.

Unfortunately it is not possible to frame a sentence like that with line breaks in "Form calculation" widget.

I would suggest you to please check our "Narrative Fields" and "Passage Test" widgets and see if that fits into your requirement. These widgets will allow you to add question with texts and fill in the blank options.

    Hope this helps.

Do try it out and get back to us if you have any questions.
