after I enter my info it says.You now have a business account, and you've successfully integrated PayPal with JotForm Inc. Don't forget to confirm your email so you can access payments. no email is sent for me to confirm how do I fix this thanks.

Do you get that message on JotForm or on the PayPal website?
To integrate PayPal to your form, you need to go to Payment Settings and enter the necessary details:
I have checked the email logs and the email was sent to your email address to confirm it. If you did not receive it, please make sure to check the spam folder as well.
If you are unable to find it let us know and we will send it again.

I don't have the PayPal pro plan only the regular

You need to remove the payment field and add the PayPal Standard integration if you do not have a PayPal Pro business account. Here's a guide:
