I'd like to know if it is possible, when someone filled out a registration form that I created to retrieve information returned by the user so that it is added to the db, because the creation of a form via this website is so quick and easy ..
Thank you for your answer!

Yes. This is possible in JotForm.
You can use the Send Post Data method to post your form's submission results to your backend database. Here is a guide that explains this in details.
In the guide it was explained the need for PHP and database(MySQL) to accomplish this.
You can actually also just download the submissions data and just use some import process to be able to add the data to a database. Here is the guide on how you can download the forms submissions How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-to-Excel-CSV-PDF
Hope this help. Contact us anytime if you need further assistance.

We are very proud to announce that our team of developers have released Jotform Webhooks, this feature would replace Send Post Data + Custom URL Thank You Page workaround in order to help you transfer forms data to your own database using your own script codes
Please find out more about it here
