I'm trying to link my Jotform with Google Sheets but it's been stuck on the "Please wait while we're integrating your data" page for over an hour. There isn't a lot of data so it shouldn't be taking this long.

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I cloned your form and tried to integrate it on my Google Sheets, and I was able to finish the integration.

Kindly try to integrate your form using an incognito browser, let's see if it's a browser's cache issue. If you are showing the same problem, please try to login to your Google Account on a different window then access your Google Sheets to isolate the issue.

Let us know how it goes.

    Hi,

It's still not working. Is it because this is a form that was shared to me (so I'm not the original form creator) and I made edits on it and now am trying to integrate it?

If that's the case, how can I integrate this form without having to start over and lose all the original data already submitted?

I have checked the form and it seems like it was assigned through the publish wizard and assignment feature.

The form only allows to view submissions and view form, may you please let us know how are you editing the form?

Did you receive a custom link or so?

Please provide us more details so we can perform some tests on our end.

This is the link I received. When I clicked into it, it allowed me to edit the form. I have updated it so all new submissions will be sent to my email (it was under the original creator's email before). But when I click "View all submissions" in the email notification, it tells me I have Unauthorized Access.

What's an easy way to bring all the submitted data over to me so I can integrate it into Google Sheets and all future submissions? Thanks.

Since this form belongs to the user "angelachang", you are seeing the Unauthorized access message upon trying to view submissions. Also in their privacy settings, they have enabled the option to be logged into the Jotform account to see the submissions.

You will need to ask this user to send us (Jotform) a request to move this form into your account. Only then can you have complete access to add integrations, edit form, view all submissions.

The owner of the form in question can open a new thread for the request.

You can ask the owner to login to his/her account and go to this link— https://www.jotform.com/contact
