Unable to open the attachment from the shared response sheet

    Dear Team,


    Unable to open the attachment from the shared response sheet [with another mail id].

    So basically we used the import range and shared the response with another person but that person is unable to open the attachment. 


    Kindly look into the matter and advise

    In order to allow the user to view the attachment, you have to uncheck these settings which you have enabled in your account.

    I can see that you have enabled the "Require login to view uploaded files". Please uncheck the settings in order to let the other user view your file in his system.
