Send HIPAA values in email

Send data in the email body but somehow secure it/maintain HIPAA compliance?

The only way to see the submitted data in the email is to disable the Protected option for your fields.

This way the field value will be visible in your email. 

Please note that sensitive healthcare-related data should always be set as protected. Otherwise, you are at risk to violate HIPAA.
