PDF is upside Down

    When I fill out the form and get the PDF, it is completely upside down. Of course, this way the form does not help me. Do you have an idea what this could be due to?

    Hello Simon,

    I would like to apologize for this inconvenience.

    After running a test submission on your form I have been able to replicate the issue you are mentioning where the data appears upside down in the PDF after submission. Here is a screenshot of the PDF that I am seeing with my test data:

    It seems that this issue may be related to your PDF document. I have cloned your form and added a different PDF form to the same form and all the fields are aligned correctly. Can you kindly test if re-uploading your PDF or using a different one will solve this issue?
