I would like to change my account username.

I did check your account and found that you have active bronze monthly subscription plan which was paid through your PayPal account. Please note that because of PayPal limitation, we cannot change the username in PayPal subscription.

Your subscription needs to be first cancelled and then we will be able to change your account username. Once your account username is changed, you can then upgrade your account to desired plan. We will also process the prorated refund for your last subscription payment as well.
