Hi I need to transform the values of checkboxes from 1 to text before sending the email with all the user information. How can I achieve that? Thanks.

May we ask why do you need to do this? What should be the text? Please provide an example.

If you tell us exactly what you need to achieve, we will be able to suggest a solution.

I would suggest you to please explain your question a bit more in detail and we will try to help you.

We will wait for your response.

Hi, I just need that instead of sending “1” it shows “X”. When an email with the information is received someone needs to copy the information into a business software table, which as input needs Xs for these fields.

    Hello Ardila,

Thank you for the additional information. However, I am not sure that I understand the requirement.

Your goal is to change the entries of your users from the number '1' to the letter 'x'? So, if a user inputs the number 1 in the form, you want this to change from '1' to 'x'?

If so, you can do this by using the Conditional Logic in your form. You can use the Update / Calculate Field condition to make this happen. Here is a screenshot of the logic I would use for this:

If this is not the correct answer that you were looking for, please do provide us with an example or screenshot of the requirement that you need. Once we have more information, we will be able to advise you better.

We look forward to your response!
