FORM TEMPLATES - Unable to unshare form from template gallery

Hi this seems to be an ongoing issue that hasn't been fixed. Like others, I am not given the option to unshare or edit a form shared as a template, even after following the steps listed in other people's answers.

Hello @leboa - You were right. It seems there is an issue in UNSHARING the form from the template gallery. I was able to replicate it on my end.

Let me escalate this to our backend for further investigation. We'll let you know here as soon as it gets fixed or once an update is provided.

Meantime, you may provide us the link to the form template that you want to unshare so we could manually remove it from the template gallery.

I did hear back saying the issue was fixed, but still can’t unshare my own forms. Here is the form I’d like to unshare.

As checked, the form is located on a different account with username chamberss. Please login to the account and follow this guide below on how to UNSHARE it from the Templates Gallery:

I just tested it and the UNSHARE FORM button now works as intended.
