Is there a way to make the email response to show just like the submit forms?

    Thank you,

    Hi,

Unfortunately, this feature is not available explicitly in our Form Builder. I figured there might be a workaround to this, seeing that email responses are also HTML based. The easiest workaround I can come up with is to copy your form's Source Embed Code, and then paste it into the HTML source of your email notification template.

To get your form's Source codes:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab

    2.  Click Embed Form

    3.  Choose Source

    4.  Copy the codes provided

    To edit your notification's html:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab

    2.  Click Email Alerts button

    3.  Select Notification

    4.  Click the Small html button in the toolbar of the Compose Email Wizard

    5.  Copy your codes

    6.  Save for form

I figured this is not a perfect way to copy how your form looks like, as email clients do not render css uniformly.  Also, input fields (textboxes, etc) can only be given a value by editing the html source and inserting the correct form field identifier, such as {email}.

This is quite a daunting task but can be rewarding if achieved perfectly.

Hope this info helps. Let us know if you have more questions.
