    Hi!

We are a zoo doing a photo contest, and I would like to have entrants upload images via our website. What does JotForm offer in terms of file upload features, files size, file storage size, number of submissions, and accessablitlty to the uploaded files? How does it all work?

    Thank you for your help!

    Hello Patty,

Thank you for taking interest in Jotform.  For information regarding number of submissions and total file storage space on each account type, you may refer to our Pricing Plans for a more details.

File size is limited to 1GB for all types of accounts, but since free users only have 100MB available space, of course there is no way to upload a file larger than 100MB. Refer to this user guide on how to change the max file size in your upload forms.

Uploaded files are not private, anyone who has the direct link to the file can access it so as long as you keep the links to the upload files to yourself, you should not worry about it getting leaked into the cyberspace.

Hope you find this information useful. Let us know if you have more questions.
