I cannot find my form from 'my form'

    Hi there,
    I created a form last month. Today when I log in my account, I could not find the form at 'my form.'
    I tried one submission from my website, I still can submit and receive the form. However, how can i manage my form if i could not find it from my account?

    Same here, what am is suppose to do now, i have customers sending forms.....its distressing.

    Mainly I use Safari, but i tried with chrome also, but its not working. "My form" tab is empty.

    I have issued a fix for this error. Please clear your cache and sign back into your account and you should be able to see your forms.
