    Our account is saying we are past our limit on certain aspects of services & that we have a "Storage" account but we have been charged over the last several months for the "silver" account package.

    We have already addressed your concern in your last thread - 

    It seems that your payment is shown as incomplete and hence the payment is not processed. Your account should have been automatically renewed to the Silver monthly plan on March 11, 2020. But it seems that there is an issue with your card and payment could not get processed. Hence it downgraded to Storage level plan. We had sent you emails regarding this as explained by my colleague here.

    It's possible that the card had insufficient balance or expired. Hence, please check with your bank or card issuing company as to why they blocked payment.

    OR try upgrading your account using a different card.
