I’ve used one of your standard forms but don’t know how to change the date from French to English once published and also selection months to English rather than French? How am I able to get the questions formatted so doesn’t cut off letters too? If I have to upgrade or pay a one off fee to get these corrected happy to do so. As reallly like your site/app. This is all relatively new to me. Thank you Karen

May we know the questions that you would like to change the  format ? It is possible to use custom CSS in the form.

    Hi,
Thank you I have amended all the language settings and all relevant fields. However when I go to ‘Fill out Form’ the two areas that caused the original problems are still in French:
1.date of birth - select month then scroll and the options Jan - Dec are in French, even though the translate boxes show Jan-Dec. There looks like a CSS on the edit portion and not sure if this has anything to do with it?
    2. Bottom of the form to enter date in edit this shows in English the grid boxes as advised but if you go to complete a form when select drop down for months under date of birth these still appear in French where the drop down box is for the months of the year these are still in French and also last part of page for Name/Day/Year these are still in French - even though the language has been amended as indicated. Looking at the edits part of these there seems to be custom boxes so not sure if this has anything to do with it?

    Hi
So sorry hit send and didn’t mean to so point 2 below basically doesn’t make sense! As I was editing to make the email in plain English so sorry!
Point 2 - supposed to say last part is the form in edit shows the date name year in English but when go to complete the form it still shows up in French. I have tested this by sending the link to another email address to complete form!
    3. The yes/no questions how do I adjust the box with the questions so the letters are not cut off for example the word you the y is on the previous line
    Thank you so much Karen

I have checked your date of birth field and it seems to be translated already.

When I changed the language to US-English the translation also changed .

Can you please try to use incognito/new private window in viewing your form?

May we know the device you're using to view your form?

I can't seem to replicate the issue using a desktop/laptop.

If possible, kindly share a screenshot on the issue?

    Looking forward for your response.

    Hi
I have logged on via my laptop and the issues remain the same:
Point 1 - My apologies obviously not made myself very clear. Please tell me how to get the months in English and not in French. I will only be using the form in English. Note the DOB field does not appear at all on PDF not sure why?
Point 2 - when you edit the form the dates at the bottom appear in English. However when the form is submitted to a potential client (whether on line or via PDF) the day/month/year appear in French as per the attached. Took a photo from my screen.
Point 3 - I was using my iPhone and this distorted the view so resolved as on laptop all look okay. Thank you.
    Thank you Karen

    Hi,

    1) Please try hiding the current Birth Date Picker field, and add a new one:
