adding a link to my jotform on a mobile siteAsked by asthmarelief on May 27, 2013 at 01:37 PM
I would like to add a link to my form to my mobile site. My mobile site builder does not allow for embedding, or html, therefore I would like to just put a link (ex:http://www.myform.asthmareliefcenter.com) so that users can submit a form.
How would you suggest is the best way to go about doing this.
My site is asthmareliefcenter.com
On the screenshot you will see that I did put in a link (the link that is provided when I select embed form. However that link does not work.
Thank you for contacting us.
I think that the following message means that the link will work on the actual mobile site.
I have checked your beautiful mobile website using my Android smartphone, and I found that link is completely fine. Get free report link is forwarding to the https://secure.jotform.us/asthmarelief/asthmareliefcentersubmission page.
If you would like to use something like myform.asthmareliefcenter.com/asthmarelief/asthmareliefcentersubmission instead of form.jotform.us/asthmarelief/asthmareliefcentersubmission you can use a custom domain option:
Basically you will need to add the following CNAME DNS record:
myform.asthmareliefcenter.com CNAME custom.jotform2.com
Note, custom domain option will not work through httpS.
Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.
