account suspended - help

My other account got suspended and I am not able to even log in to ask for help.  I need that account re-instated.  Please help

Are you referring to the account/username tamib? If so, per checking, your account has been suspended as it was found that your forms (Registration Form & Clone of CE 8.25) are collecting an upload of Driver's License as well as its ID number which is considered phishing and against our Terms Of Use.

If you are collecting this information from your customers and not from the general public, we can make an exception for you to collect it. However, it needs to be protected to be these two mandatory widgets:

1. Add a Terms & Conditions Widget (or the Short Scrollable Terms Widget) for your users to read and agree.

2. Add a Signature Widget so your users can sign and agree to provide such sensitive information.

The above widgets will apply for ID number collection that makes you the sole responsible for the collection and handling of these data.

Please note that we need to remove the said fields in order to reactivate your account. You can add both the fields back but be sure to add the mandatory widgets as well.

Let us know if you agree with our terms and we will delete the offending fields then re-activate your account.
