    Not getting email alerts

    Hi

    For some reason I have not been getting emails over the last day or two when an application comes in. Could you check out what may be happening.

     

    Also I am having trounle opening attached photos which are crucial to my business. I click on the link and it opens an empty web page

    Hi Janina,

    It is probably because of your current form settings. I've check our mail logs and everything has been sent successfully. Screenshot: 

    Please try to check your Spam Folder and set noreply@jotform.com as your form notification sender email.

    With regards to the Attached Photo, in what form? We recently have an encoding problem with special characters and symbol in the file names submitted to the form. Everything has been fixed, but old files that may have been submitted during that issue happens may still be affected. Let us know the form URL so we can check and possibly correct this for you.

    I also suggest creating another thread for each issue so we can focus on them one by one.

    Thanks for your prompt reply.

    No they have not gone to trash. Odd, will see what happens over the next few days.

    It is all forms old and new that I cant open images. Here is one URL for you to look at. They used to just download automatically if I clicked on them.

    Hi Janina,

    With regards to the Email, I suggest you to check with my recommendations. Your current form notification settings are set to "Business Name" as Sender Name and "email address" as the Sender Email.     With regards to the images, I am able to download them  just fine. Please try to clear your forms cache (How to Clear your Form Cache) and download them again. Can you please point us what particular photo are you having problem with?
