Redirect respondents from form #1 to form #2 and then form #3

Hi,

I have 9 forms now. How can I redirect respondents from form# 1 to form #2 and then form# 3 and so on (after submitting each form). Please note that I want to do it through sending email to respondents, not through custom URL. The function of email setup seems does not work either in this way, because I don't want to send all forms together. I want each form to be sent following submission of previous form.

I am not quite sure how you'd like the function to work but you can modify your form notification and paste the form URL there. 

Example, 

Form 1 Notification contains Form 2 URL

Form 2 Notification contains Form 3 URL

Is this somewhat like you are trying to achieved? You can also use conditions to send specific notification according to the condition setup. Here's how:

Currently did not have this function like this, but My suggestion of using 9 forms seperatly, please add all form to one by one using Page Break under Survey Tools,

So this will allow you to fill the form one by one.
