How i can save data to google documents?
I need not only store, but edit data from time to time.

If you want to save data to your google spreadsheet, you have to integrate your form to google spreadsheet. Please see this tutorial How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet.
Then after integrating your form to google spreadsheet and you want to edit the data. You need to go to your google spreadsheet by clicking the link provided. Click Setup & Embed > Integration > Google spreadsheet.
To edit the data, simply go to the cell then edit the data.
