Hi, I have an issue with this form.

When trying to download the submission as a pdf file, the pdf comes out blank ...

I tried to create another form, but now every new form that I'm creating the submission pdf file comes out blank.

It was never like this before.
Every time when I was downloading a submission as a pdf, it was coming out like the in the screenshot attached.

Could you please check what's the issue?
