    All forms are having Issue with PayPal payment gateway

    I have paypal payment options set up on pretty much everyone of my forms. When the user selects an option it is automatically changing from the correct price to a random amount considerably less than the amount that is supposed to be charged. This is a serious issue as customers are not being charged the appropriate amount.

    To be more specific,

    If you select the 12 week ($99 option) on the link below it charges you $30.

     

    I have gone through several forms and deleted the product option and re imput it . Still no success.

    Thanks in advance for you speedy help with this issue. Again this seems to be happening on most all forms not just the one linked.

    I've submitted an urgent ticket for you. Hopefully, we can get this resolved quickly because as you have stated, it's a serious issue. It appears to be affecting only your forms because when I cloned the form at the link, it exhibited the same behavior but my own payment forms are okay.

    A developer will be in touch with you as soon as they have identified the source of the problem.
