    já inseri o widget tabela de entrada, o usuário responde os campos dele, mas, quando eu recebo o formulário preenchido, ele aparece em branco.

    It seems you've been receiving an older version of the PDF Document. Please follow this guide so the new PDF version gets attached to the email:

    como eu faço para organizar meu pdf?

    e como eu faço para que apenas as opções respondidas saiam no pdf?

    Hi, 

    To hide the empty fields on your form, please follow the steps below. 

    1. Click on SETTINGS on the top navigation bar. 

    2. Click on EMAILS

    3. Then hover on the email alert and click the pencil icon to edit. 

     4. Click on the ADVANCED tab, and scroll down, and enable the "Hide Empty Fields" option.
