Recover a form

Please, I need to recover Motivus-Base.

I cannot find it in my folders nor in the trash.

Here's how to find the form:

1. Open your JotForm account.
2. Go to the Archive folder.
3. Use the search bar and add this form ID: 60105130766951
4. Select the form and click the Unarchive button.
