Integrating items from JotForm into Monday

Hello,

I have been trying to link my jotform fields that contain links/documents into Monday columns using the integration feature in jotform but the data isn't transferring.

Can someone please assist me?

Hello Rachel - May we know which of your forms are you trying to integrate with Monday.com? I just checked the last form you edited but I can see that it isn't integrated with Monday yet.

And to clarify, do you mean you would like to map the file upload field to the Monday.com integration? If so, I have integrated one of my of the forms with monday.com and see that the File Upload field mapping is already supported. However, instead of the actual file, it is being added as a downlink link.

First, you would have to add a file in your Monday.com column.

Then map your upload field with your file column.
